Stuttgart Advanced Rhinoplasty Conference 2018

I’ve just recently returned from the 26th Stuttgart Advanced Course for Rhinoplasty, learning from the world masters. In travelling to Germany for this advanced course on rhinoplasty, I was able to tap in to the knowledge of some of the finest doctors in the field, and I hope to bring some of this expertise to my work at Bristol Cosmetic Surgery.

This year’s conference was an incredibly interesting experience, with a wide variety of panels, talks and live surgeries on offer. Particularly intriguing was the panel on ‘Successful Septoplasty’ with six key surgeons from across the world including Rick Davis from Florida, USA and Vitaly Zholtikov from St. Petersburg, Russia. I very much enjoyed the experience of watching live surgery on both primary and secondary cases of rhinoplasty.

My hunger to learn is as strong as ever, and I am always looking for new information and knowledge to bring back to the practise.
